In this area are most of the embassies and it is 15 minutes from the Historic Center of the city. In its surroundings there are several supermarkets, banks, exchange houses, piqueras (taxi stops), cafes, restaurants and a wide variety of nightclubs. It is also close to places of national and tourist interest such as the Casa de la Música de Playa or the Fábrica de Arte Cubano (a place that mixes art and music in an amazing way and exposes the best of contemporary Cuban art).

The house has a post-colonial style, with two floors, built in 1930. It was remodeled in 2010, providing it with modern comfort without abandoning the original spirit. It has a total area of 400 square meters, a garden that surrounds the house and connects with the patio that is at the back of it. The area is very quiet and is located in a central and safe place.
At HavanaKLiz Bed & Breackfast PLAYA we offer you a room for two people, well ventilated and with an independent entrance. It has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and hot water 24 hours a day. In addition, it has a pantry equipped with a minibar, microwave oven, glasses, plates and cutlery. There is a safe, air conditioning (Split, completely silent), TV, balcony with garden view and garage to park the car. We give you the room keys upon arrival and you will have complete independence and privacy.
